We are a small, hands-on trading house with offices in Douala and Madrid. The work spans the full arc of a trade: from the farm and the cooperative to the contract, the vessel and the destination. That means the people who do it need to be comfortable across cultures, markets and paperwork.
Who we hire
We look for people who can hold both ends of a trade at once: the agronomic reality at origin and the commercial and regulatory discipline at destination. We hire across:
- Origination: cooperative relationships, sourcing, quality at source. Based in Cameroon.
- Quality control: grading, sampling, specification and survey. Cameroon.
- Trading & contracts: pricing, Incoterms, contract structure. Madrid.
- Compliance & traceability: EUDR, due diligence, documentation. Madrid and Cameroon.
- Logistics & finance: shipping, documentation, payment instruments. Madrid.
We hire for judgement and integrity before seniority. A good trader who cannot read a quality certificate is a risk; a good quality controller who cannot read a contract is the same.

- Douala, Cameroon: origin operations: sourcing, quality, warehouse, loading.
- Madrid, Spain: trading, finance, compliance and logistics.
Some roles are field-based in origin regions; some are desk-based in Madrid.
Culture
- We are direct. The origin team talks to the trading desk; the trading desk talks to the buyer. Nothing is filtered through layers.
- We are honest about the work. Soft commodities are seasonal, volatile and demanding. The reward is working a trade from the farm to the factory.
- We take compliance and quality seriously because the business depends on it, not because it is a tick-box.
